Frequently Asked Questions

How credits work?+

Each plan includes AI credits that are consumed whenever your Claw agent processes a request — whether triggered by you or by the agent itself (for example, multi-step reasoning or tool calls). The cost per request depends on which AI model is selected: more capable models such as GLM 5 Turbo cost more than budget models such as DeepSeek V3.2 or MiniMax M2.7. Credits reset automatically each billing cycle, and you can top up anytime from your billing dashboard.

What is included in each plan?+

Every plan includes a dedicated OpenClaw instance with managed hosting, AI credits for agent usage, and full access to all models and the workspace marketplace. Higher-tier plans provide more CPU, RAM, agent slots, credits, and priority support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+

Plan switching is not available yet but is coming soon. Please choose your initial plan carefully. We will notify existing subscribers when this feature launches.

Is there a free trial?+

We do not offer a free trial, but all plans come with a 14-day refund window. If the service does not meet your expectations, contact us for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely.

What happens when I run out of credits?+

When your AI credits are exhausted, you can top up instantly from your subscription dashboard. Your OpenClaw instance remains running — only AI-powered features are paused until credits are replenished.
